| Geology of the Fayolle Project |

Fayolle (23,14 km2) is located along the Porcupine-Destor fault. The mineralization is
hosted in intrusives injected into ultramafic rocks. These rocks show moderate to high
alteration in the mineralized zones. Iron carbonisation can be used as an exploration
tool.
