Location of the Kanyika Project
Kanyika is located in central Malawi, about 55 kilometres northeast of the regional centre of Kasungu.

Geology of the Kanyika Project
The licence area covers igneous and metamorphic rocks of the Precambrian to Lower Palaeozoic Basement of the Mozambique Orogenic Belt. Much of the licence is underlain by biotite gneiss, granitic gneiss and calc-silicate gneiss.
