Inyosi's shareholders will include the Lithemba Consortium, Pamodzi Coal, WDB Investment Holdings and local mine community trusts. The project is situated near the town of Ogies in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. |

History of the Zondagsfontein Project |
The project is a multifaceted project situated in the coal-rich province of Mpumalanga. The project is made up of two seams, and has an inferred resource on the primary two seams, which is estimated at 120,8-million tons spanning the 20-year life-of-mine.
