Location of the Limo Project
Limousine Butte Project ("Limo") is located 65 km from ELY in Nevada, USA

History of the Limo Project
On the western side of the Cherry Creek Range, antimony prospects were discovered in the area of Resurrection Ridge during the 1940’s (Bentz et al., 1981). Alta Gold produced 91,000 ounces from the Golden Butte mine from 1989-90.

Geology of the Limo Project
In the area of the Resurrection Ridge deposit, Devonian Simonson dolomite has been complexly faulted against Mississippian Pilot and Chainman shale. Northeast-trending faults control mineralization, especially where intersected by northwest-trending faults. Jasperoid alteration commonly occurs along the faults, and most gold occurrences are associated with strong silicification.
