CAYDEN RESOURCES PROVIDES MORELOS SUR GOLD PROJECT
UPDATE

is pleased to provide a corporate update on its ongoing Morelos Sur Gold
project located in Guerrero State, Mexico.
Cayden has drilled a
total of 24 holes totalling 7,263 meters at the
Mina Verde prospect and has just added a fourth�� drill rig, which will be
used for drilling at both Mina Verde and La Hormiga.
The new drill is a reverse circulation rig (�RC�), which will provide faster
rates of drilling as well as help reduce the turnaround time on the assays.
Cayden has also only
recently gained access to its highly prospective Los Calles target, which
lies on the ground between Goldcorp�s Bermejal and
Los Filos pits (please refer to the Morelos Sur
43-101 technical report at www.caydenresources.com for previous Las Calles drill results). The Company
anticipates the commencement of drilling there within two weeks. The
Company has also begun to construct roads to its La Hormiga
prospect where it expects to be drilling within the month.
In addition to drilling activities, the
company is in the final stages of completing an airborne geophysical survey
over the entire property, which it will use for advanced targeting once the
preliminary results are received from the survey. Cayden
has also brought on new senior and junior geologists in order to more rapidly
expand its detailed structural mapping and surface sampling programs as well
as to expedite core processing.

Mina Verde drilling to date has been ongoing and uninterrupted,
however the results turnaround time has been much slower than anticipated.
The arrival of the RC rig, large increases in our geological and sampling
staff, and faster penetration rates with the core drills should result in
quicker turn around and we expect to receive results in short order�.
