Osisko Appoints Gary Sugar to Board of Directors

Osisko Mining Corporation ("Company", (TSX:OSK) (FRANKFURT:EWX) is pleased to announce that Mr. Gary Sugar has joined its Board of Directors.

Mr. Sugar recently retired from his position as a Managing Director, RBC Capital Markets following a 32-year career serving clients in the mining industry. Mr. Sugar is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Bachelor of Science (Geology), and Masters in Business Administration.

Victor H. Bradley, Chairman of the Board of Directors, commenting on Mr. Sugar's appointment stated: "We are very pleased that Gary has joined our Board.
