(TSX VENTURE: TGC) ("Terra Nova" or the "Corporation") announces that it has applied for an extension to the terms of the 10,245,000 common share purchase warrants issued pursuant to its private placement that closed on December 30, 2010. The Company proposes to extend the expiry dates of those warrants from December 30, 2012 to June 30, 2013. All other terms of the warrants, including the exercise price of $0.30, will remain the same. The extension of the expiry dates is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
