Kestrel Gold Inc. ("Kestrel" or the "Corporation") (News - Market indicators) is pleased to advise that it has entered into a consulting agreement with Frontier Consulting Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario ("Frontier") to provide consulting and investor relation services on behalf of the Corporation, subject to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange Inc. ("TSXV") approval. 

The initial term of the consulting agreement is for six (6) months ending April 30, 2013 for a total fee of $53,000 plus GST, reverting to a month to month engagement at a fee of $4,500 per month plus GST. Frontier may also participate in the market for its own account from time to time as a market maker.
