Uranium Resources Announces Fourth Quarter 2009
Financial Results and Strategic Plan Review Teleconference and Webcast  

LEWISVILLE, TX, March 4, 2010 --- Uranium Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: URRE) (�URI�), a uranium exploration and mining company with resources in Texas and New Mexico, announced today that it will issue its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2009 and a summary of its strategic plan before the opening of financial markets on Thursday, March 11, 2010.  The Company will host a teleconference and webcast at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

During the teleconference, Don Ewigleben, President and Chief Executive Officer, will review financial results for the quarter and will provide an update on URI�s strategies and outlook.  A question-and-answer session will follow.
