BOARD CHANGES

Manas Resources Limited (ASX: MSR) advises the resignation of Mr Stephen Ross as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and as a director, effective immediately. Mr Ross, who agreed with the Company to terminate his service contract at the end of July 2015, is resigning earlier to pursue other opportunities.
The Board expresses its thanks to Mr Ross for his tireless efforts since his appointment as Managing
Director in March 2008.
"Stephen has been at the helm of Manas since the Company listed on the ASX in 2008 and has been integral in Manas taking the Shambesai Gold project through to the completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study and the final stages of design and permitting," Manas Chairman Mark Calderwood said.
Mr Calderwood, currently Manas' non-executive Chairman, will act in a part-time executive Chairman role as an interim measure. Mr Calderwood's remuneration will be at the rate of $1,200 per day (or pro-rata thereof), subject to a cap of $8,333 per calendar month.
