Candorado Operating Company Ltd. Acquires 100% Interest In Swan & Pat Property

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 10, 2007

Candorado Operating Company Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: "CDO" FRANKFURT/BERLIN:"HQU") is pleased to announce it has acquired a 100% interest in what is collectively referred to as the Swan and Pat properties from a private party for a one time cash payment of $30,000. The properties cover 9 tenures totaling 2071 hectares. A third property located northwest of the Company's Man/Prime claim block was also included in the transaction.

The Swan and Pat properties are located 22 kilometers north of Princeton, British Columbia, just east of Weststar Resources Corp.'s "Axe" property, who recently announced a proposed exploration program that will include 1,950 meters of HQ diamond drilling. Weststar's drilling program is intended to further define the limits of the West zone in both strike length and at depth, and to test the extent of the newly discovered gold zone along with testing other exploration targets.

These strategic property acquisitions are situated along a northwest trending belt of volcanic, sedimentary and plutonic rocks that form the Quesnel Trough. This prolific geologic belt hosts many economically important mineral deposits including the currently producing Mount Polley mine. Other notable deposits are the former Copper Mountain and Afton-Ajax mines as well as the Mount Milligan deposits. Recent exploration has resulted in the discovery of alkalic copper-told porphyry deposits at GWR's Lac La Hache property and Serengetti's Kwanika property north of Mount Milligan.
