Vancouver, British Columbia - June 3, 2016: Aguila American Gold Limited ('Aguila' or the 'Company') (TSX-V: AGL) Mr. John Huguet, President and CEO, announces that the Company has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 2,150,000 common shares, at a price of $0.07 per share, to raise gross proceeds of up to $150,500. A finder's fee will be payable on a portion of the private placement and net proceeds will be used for working capital. Insiders will participate in the financing. All securities issued will be subject to a four month hold period from the date of closing. The financing is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
