Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. (News - Market indicators) ("Peregrine" or "the Company") announces that it is arranging a private placement of up to 10 million common shares at a price of $0.35 per share for gross proceeds of up to $3.5 million. The placement will be made to accredited and other eligible investors. Closing is anticipated to occur on or about June 20, 2013.
Net proceeds from the private placement will be used for exploration and development of Peregrine's projects in Canada, and for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval and resale of the shares will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day following the date of closing.
