Mining Announces Committee Members
Tempe, Arizona - September 17, 2008 - Constitution Mining Corp. (CMIN.OB)
announces that on September 16, 2008, the Company's Board of Directors
unanimously resolved to create an Audit Committee, Compensation Committee,
Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, Technical Committee, and
Environmental Health and Safety Committee and approved the Charter for each
of the respective committees.
The following directors were appointed as members of the committees as noted
below:
Patrick C. Gorman: Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and
Environmental Health and Safety Committee.
Duncan Large: Audit Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance
Committee and Technical Committee
Alois Wiget: Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating
and Corporate Governance Committee.
Gary Artmont: Compensation Committee, Nominating and Corporate
Governance Committee, Technical Committee and Environmental Health and Safety
Committee.
Willem Fuchter: Technical Committee and Environmental Health and
Safety Committee.

The Board of Directors determined that Messrs. Gorman, Artmont, Large, and
Wiget are "independent directors" as that term is defined in NASDAQ
Marketplace Rule 4200(a)(15).

Governance Committee, Technical Committee, and Environmental Health and
Safety Committee Charters are attached to the company's recent 8K filing
(September 17, 2008) as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2, 99.3, 99.4 and 99.5
respectively.
