West Timmins Mining Inc. Announces No Material Change

(Vancouver, June 11, 2009) West Timmins Mining Inc. (TSX: WTM) (the "Company") announced today that there are no corporate developments or undisclosed material changes involving the Corporation to account for its recent rise in stock price. The Company has been advised by its joint venture partner Lake Shore Gold that additional assays from the Thunder Creek joint venture should be made available to the Company within the next four weeks. Four drills remain on site at Thunder Creek. Assay results from the Company's on-going drilling on its 100% owned Thorne and Highway 144 Properties will be released as they are finalized.
