("El Tigre" or the "Company") (News - Market indicators)(FRANKFURT:5RT)(OTCQX:EGRTF) reports that Mr. Stuart Ross Co-CEO and President has today tendered his resignation from any and all positions held with the Company and its subsidiaries.

The Company and Mr. Ross have entered into an agreement that will provide an amicable separation and a smooth transition both within the Company and with its external relationships.

Mr. Wade Anderson, Chairman of the Board and Co-CEO, will immediately assume all of the duties of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and a search is underway for a President and Chief Operating Officer to lead the Company's day-to-day operations.
