| Approval For Monument Acquisition Sennen Now Has 100% Interest In Monument Project | |

Vancouver, British Columbia, April 25th, 2016. Sennen Potash Corporation (TSXV:SN) ('Sennen' or 'the Company') is pleased to report that it has received TSX-Venture Exchange ('TSX-V') approval for the acquisition of Paradox Basin Resources Corp.'s ('Paradox') 30% interest in the Monument Potash Project ('Monument') in south-east Utah, as reported in the Company's news release dated April 21, 2016. Sennen now has a 100% interest in Monument.
Mineral Resource estimates prepared by North Rim Exploration, and detailed technical data acquired from the Johnson-1 Well were provided in a Company news release dated July 29th, 2015. The Company is currently in the process of refining its land position in the project area prior to conducting further drilling in order to increase the existing resource base.
