Kangaroo Resources Limited ('Kangaroo' or the 'Company') announces Board changes and a change of registered office address.

Appointments

Mr Susmit Shah

Mr Shah has been appointed to the Kangaroo Board as an independent, non- executive Director. He is a Chartered Accountant and has been involved as a director and company secretary of various Australian public listed companies for over 20 years. He consults to public companies on a variety of matters including stock exchange requirements, joint venture negotiation and corporate fundraising. He is currently a Director of Burey Gold Limited and is company secretary of ASX listed entities Manas Resources Limited and Tiger Resources Limited.

Mr Paul Jurman

Mr Jurman has been appointed as Company Secretary. He is a CPA with more than 15 years' experience and has been involved with a diverse range of Australian public listed companies in company secretarial and financial roles. He has extensive experience including liaison with ASX and ASIC, control and implementation of corporate governance, statutory financial reporting, and shareholder relations.

He is currently a Director and company secretary of Nemex Resources Limited and company secretary of Carnavale Resources Limited.

Resignations

Mr Leonard Math

Mr Math has resigned as Director and Company secretary effective immediately. The Board expresses its appreciation for the services rendered by Mr Math.
