Beat Ehrensberger and Charles Forster to the Board of Directors at Africo's Annual General Meeting held on June 28, 2011.

Mr. Ehrensberger was the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and has recently been appointed General Counsel for Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ("ENRC"). Mr. Ehrensberger has been with ENRC for the past 8 years. He began his career in the Tax and Legal Department for Ernst and Young in Switzerland and later worked at a Law Firm in Zurich, Switzerland.

Mr. Forster is the Chief Geologist and Head of Exploration for ENRC Africa. Previously he was the Senior Vice President at Oyu Tolgoi for Ivanhoe Mines Ltd in Mongolia and received the Colin Spence and Thayer Lindsay Awards for his work in Mongolia. Mr. Forster has a long history in the mining industry from his work with a number of major mining companies.
