(CZQ.TO) (the "Company" or "Continental") announces that, further to its news release dated March 28, 2014, it has completed its common share consolidation (the "Consolidation"), effective April 3, 2014, based on a ratio of six (6) pre-consolidation common shares for one (1) post-consolidation common share.

The Company expects that the post-consolidation common shares (under the new CUSIP number 211906300 and new ISIN number CA2119063006) will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") at the opening of market on April 10, 2014. The Company's name and stock symbol will remain unchanged. Letters of transmittal describing the process by which registered shareholders may obtain new certificates representing their consolidated common shares have been mailed to registered shareholders.
