Drilling in the St. Elmo Blue Bell Zone was conducted from the top of a large scarp that dips steeply to the east, roughly parallel to the dip of the zone. The steep topographic terrain necessitates the drilling of multiple holes from a single setup in a fan-pattern. All holes are drilled at an azimuth of 250 degrees normal to the strike of the CMU unless noted.

Section 474 m North

Drill Holes Thor-141 (-70 degrees) and Thor-143 (-55 degrees) were drilled from the same setup (azimuth 70 degrees) at the north end of the St. Elmo Blue Bell Zone and failed to intersect any significant mineralization. Both holes are drilled north of a prominent flexure in the CMU that delineates the northern edge of massive sulphide mineralization in the CMU.

Section 438 m North

Drill Holes Thor-137, Thor-139, Thor-140, Thor-142 and Thor-144 were all drilled from a single setup. Drill Hole Thor-144 (-48 degrees, azimuth 70) intersected a wide zone of semi-massive sulphide mineralization, and is the deepest known intercept on the Blue Bell Zone which remains open at depth. A channel sample (BBXC-5) taken in 2006 in the lower level of the Blue Bell Workings returned high-grade silver (0.19 g/t Au, 423.6 g/t Ag, 0.15% Cu, 0.92% Pb & 0.19%Zn / 1.80 m true thickness) approximately 20 m above the Thor-144 intercept. A historic channel sample (5013G) also taken 40 m up-dip of this intercept yielded 67.8 g/t Ag, 0.30% Pb & 29.50% Zn / 0.86 m (Au & Cu content unknown, true thickness is minimum of 0.86 m).

Drill Hole Thor-142 (-57 degrees, azimuth 70) was drilled up-dip of Thor-144 and intersected a thin massive sulphide zone. The presence of green, tuffaceous volcaniclastic rock in the structural footwall of this zone is unique to all the drill holes found at Thor, and suggests the presence of a tight fold structure that has offset the CMU north of the intercept.

Thor-140 (-67 degrees, azimuth 70) intersected two separate zones of mineralization. The first intercept is dominated by quartz-ankerite mineralization and the lower zone is tectonically-altered (brecciated) massive sulphide.

Thor-137 (-86 degrees) intersected a thin zone of massive sulphide mineralization that is extremely high-grade.

Thor-139 (-70 degrees) intersected a carbonaceous fault zone from 25.15-25.51 m which corresponds with the CMU and indicates that the CMU has been faulted-out. The CMU has not been located north and west of this area.

Section 405 North

Drill Holes Thor-151 (-70 degrees, azimuth 70) and Thor-152 (-87 degrees) were drilled to test the top portion of the St. Elmo Zone. Both of these drill holes intersected thin, but very-high grade portions of the CMU that may be related to structural attenuation of the CMU in this area.

Thor-150 (-45 degrees, azimuth 70) intersected a zone of massive sulphide which had a prominent fault along the upper contact indicating that the top portion of the CMU has been structurally displaced, and possibly remains undiscovered north of the intercept.

Section 330 m North

Drill Holes Thor-130 (-70 degrees, azimuth 70) and Thor-132 (-50 degrees, azimuth 70) augment previously reported drill holes Thor-128 and Thor-131 that intersected high-grade massive sulphide mineralization (See News Release October 22, 2008).

True Fissure Zone / 'Scab' Zone Transition

Three drill holes were completed on the North end of the True Fissure Zone ("TFZ") where the CMU continues north into the Scab Zone ("SZ'). Within the SZ, the CMU is exposed for 260 m along a prominent hillside, but is unable to be drilled using conventional drilling and remains untested. Surface sampling has demonstrated that the SZ hosts high-grade precious and base metal outcroppings, but special equipment is necessary to adequately test the depth extent.

Section 140 m North

Drill Holes Thor-146 (-88 degrees), Thor-147 (-70 degrees) and Thor-148 (-45 degrees) were all drilled from a single setup and intersected massive sulphide. Drill Hole Thor-147 was collared in mineralization and consequently the intercept reflects only a partial thickness of the zone.

Section 18 m South

A single drill hole was completed in the area between the TFZ and the Great Northern Zone, and above the True Fissure Open-Pit. This hole was designed to test the connection of the two zones, and demonstrates that the area represents the transition between the two zones where the two zones are separated by a fault co-planar with the CMU. Despite the fault, the CMU is still present, although it is highly attenuated.

Deep Broadview Drilling (Sections 757 m South and 880 m South)

Two deep drill holes were completed under the Broadview Workings. Drill Hole Thor-134 (-45 degrees) was drilled in close proximity to an old adit that was discovered in the summer 2008. This drill hole intersected quartz-sulphide breccia type mineralization in the CMU with locally abundant ankerite, but no precious/base metal mineralization.

Drill Hole Thor-135 (-88 degrees) was drilled to test the CMU at depth below the Broadview Zone, and intersected a quartz-carbon-pyrite rich zone from 199.92-228.14 m with only geochemical levels of precious/base metal mineralization.
