Longueuil, August 3, 2007, Maximus Ventures Ltd. is pleased to announce
that Mr. Louis Morin of Montreal has agreed to assist Maximus on an
ongoing basis, with Investor Relations activities.
Mr. Morin has 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and
investing. This includes exploration field work followed by 18 years as
an investment advisor with major brokerage firms.
Mr. Morin will receive $4,000 per month plus an option to purchase
100,000 shares of Maximus Ventures Ltd. priced at market closing today.
The term of Mr. Morin's engagement is on a month to month basis.
