For the past seven years Mr. Galine has served as Executive Vice President of Expedition Mining, and will continue to do so. Previously he was the President and Director of Toro Resources Corp., and is currently a director of Highpointe Exploration, Trigold Resources Inc. and Golden Peak Minerals Inc.
The Company would also like to announce that Corry Silbernagel has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately due to increasing commitments in other activities.
