On 21 July 2008 Gold Aura Limited (�the Company�) advised that it would make an offer under the Company�s Share Purchase Plan to eligible shareholders. Offer documents were subsequently despatched to eligible shareholders early this month.

The Company�s Board of Directors has decided to extend the closing date under the offer from Monday, 25 August 2008 to Monday, 8 September 2008.  The revised timetable for the offer is as follows:

The Company also previously announced that following completion of the offer under the Plan, and subject to shareholder approval, each eligible shareholder who receives shares under the Plan will receive free of cost 1 bonus Gold Aura Limited share for every 5 shares subscribed for under the Plan. The Company�s Board of Directors has now determined that it will still seek shareholder approval so that the issue of the bonus shares does not count towards the Company�s 15% limit for issuing shares without shareholder approval under the ASX Listing Rules, but will not make shareholder approval a pre-requisite for the issue of the bonus shares.
