Kilo Goldmines Ltd. (the "Company") (News - Market indicators)(FRANKFURT:02K) today announced that it has filed a final short form prospectus in connection with its previously announced offering of units. A minimum of 25,000,000 and a maximum of 50,000,000 units are being offered on a best efforts basis at a price of $0.20 per unit with each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.30 for a period of two years from the closing of the offering. M Partners Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc., as co-lead agents, and Euro Pacific Canada Inc. are acting as the Company's agents in connection with the offering.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund further exploration of the Company's Somituri gold property in the Democratic Republic of Congo and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 12, 2011.
