Goldstone Change of Holdings

Stratex International Plc, the AIM-quoted exploration and development company focused on gold and base metals in East Africa, West Africa and Turkey, where it holds a significant interest in a producing gold mine, advises that Goldstone Resources Limited ('Goldstone'; AIM: GRL), in which the Company holds a 33.45% interest, has today announced that Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock Resources') and Metal Tiger plc ('Metal Tiger') will jointly acquire Unity Mining Ltd's 19.29% shareholding (12,013,173 ordinary shares) in Goldstone (the 'Transaction') for an aggregate consideration of £225,000. The Transaction is expected to complete on 3 May 2016, and a result, Red Rock Resources and Metal Tiger will hold 9.65% and 13.26% of the issued share capital of Goldstone respectively. The Transaction will have no impact on Stratex's 33.45% interest in the voting rights of Goldstone.
