Golden Goose Resources Graduates to Tier 1 on TSX Venture Exchange

Montreal, Quebec - September 25, 2007 - (TSX-V: GGR), Golden Goose Resources Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has graduated to a Tier 1 listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") effective today.

The Exchange approved the Company's graduation to Tier 1 on the basis that the Company's Lac Levac property satisfies the Exchange's minimum listing requirements for a Tier 1 Mining Issuer. The Company is the 100% legal and beneficial owner of the mining interests which constitute the Lac Levac property.
