(the "Company") (News - Market indicators) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1,810,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers and consultants of the Company, exercisable at $.20 per share with one quarter of the amount to be vested every three months. The Options are exercisable for a period of ten years from the date of grant and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
