Commencement of Test Mining at Bjorkdal Gold Mine

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that the 2007
underground test mining/bulk sampling program has started at the
Bjorkdal Gold Mine in northern Sweden. The program is expected to take
five months to complete and will form the basis of a reserve
calculation and a feasibility study. Gold-Ore has an option to purchase
100% of the gold-producing property from Minmet plc of Dublin, Ireland.

A budget of C$5 million (Swedish Kronor $30 million) has been approved
by the Gold-Ore Board for the 2007 test mining program. Gold sales from
the program are expected to offset most of the costs of the program.

Central Tunnel
The 2007 underground program got underway last week in the Central
Tunnel where, in 2006, a gold-bearing quartz vein structure was mined
for 135 metres. During 2007 this structure will be followed for an
additional 165 metres, the principal purpose of which is to provide
access for diamond drilling. This tunnel will then provide a platform
for exploring and developing an area 300 metres long (along strike) by
250 metres (across strike) with a vertical component of 150 metres.
When this excavation is complete, the underground diamond drills
currently working in the Main Tunnel will move to the Central Tunnel,
thus enabling mining to commence in the Main Tunnel.

Main Tunnel
Mining in the Main Tunnel is expected to commence in mid-June and will
involve driving an incline from the 205 level (current level) up 20
metres, to the 185 level. A cross-cut tunnel on the 185 level will
access the vein structures outlined by the underground drilling.
Tunnels along five vein structures will then be driven on both the 205
and 185 levels on each of the target veins to be mined. These veins
will then be stoped or mined by blasting down from the 185 level to the
205 level. This material mined will be batch processed through the
Bjorkdal plant to enable an accurate grade determination and for
reconciliation with the grades predicted from the diamond drilling. It
is anticipated that 50,000 tonnes of material will be mined.
