HOUSTON and DENVER, Dec. 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LINN Energy, LLC (Nasdaq:LINE), LinnCo, LLC (Nasdaq:LNCO) and Berry Petroleum Company (NYSE:BRY) (the "Companies") today announced that the unitholders and shareholders of LINN Energy, LinnCo and Berry Petroleum have approved the previously announced merger and related transactions between LINN Energy, LinnCo and Berry Petroleum� at the Companies' annual meetings held today. The transaction is anticipated to close on December 16, 2013.
