been sent to regulatory and provincial officials

since Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") signed in September of 2007

from PRFN and the Consultation Protocol demonstrate our solid relationship.

partnership. The future potential for MPGM, PRFN and local communities is
being built upon our mutual respect and good faith."

important to the economy for our members and Northwestern Ontario. We look

The MOU mutually recognizes the respective rights of both MPGM and PRFN on the
mineral claims and leases held by Marathon. The Consultation Protocol builds a
strong foundation for discussions leading to the development of the project.
