Title:     Skeena Retains Wani Capital for Investor Relations
News Release: 10-01

Skeena Resources Limited (TSX.V: SKE) is pleased to announce the engagement of Wani Capital Corp. of Calgary, Alberta as an investor communications provider for an initial one year contract. Wani Capital specializes in small-cap resource companies and in building and maintaining relationships with the investment community. The principal of Wani Capital is Mr. Raju Wani. The Company will pay Wani a monthly fee of $5,000 for professional services and will grant 250,000 stock options, exercisable at 15 cents per share for a period of five years. The stock options will vest over a period of one year according to the Company's stock option plan and the regulations of the TSX Venture Exchange. Wani Capital currently holds a direct interest in the Company.
