("Zara") until shareholders have received further communication from the board of directors of Altai. Following a detailed review of the offer by a special committee, Altai will mail a directors' circular which will contain important information including a recommendation to shareholders of Altai with respect to the offer. As the offer by Zara is open for acceptance until October 28, 2013, there is no need for Altai shareholders to take any steps in respect of the offer by Zara at this time.
