NOTICE GIVEN UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(E) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (CTH)

This notice is given under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) in relation to the issue of fully paid ordinary shares in lieu of cash payments for executive fees owing to David Paterson, approved by shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on the 22nd June 2016 (Resolution 6).

UraniumSA Limited Advises that:

1. UraniumSA Limited issued the securities identified above without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

2. This notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

3. As at the date of this notice, UraniumSA Limited has complied with:

4. the provisions of the Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to it; and

5. section 674 of the Corporations Act.

6. As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, that has not already been disclosed to investors generally.
