Windarra Minerals Ltd. Sells Shares of Westward Explorations Ltd.

Windarra Minerals Ltd. (“Windarra”) is a TSX Venture listed resource exploration company which owned 13,474,215 common shares of Westward Explorations Ltd. (“Westward”), also a TSX Venture listed company.  Windarra reports that it has sold 13,000,000 shares of Westward in a private sale.  The proceeds of the sale were used primarily to retire a debt owing to Westward.
