Share interest change and AGM date

Change in share interest
Grafton Resource Investments Ltd has advised the Company today that it
currently holds 8,000,000 common shares (3.4%). This represents a
reduction of 2,000,000 common shares in its previously disclosed
shareholding in the Company.
Date of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 23 June 2010 in London,
England at a time and venue to be announced.
