Shareholder Update

Dear Eric,

As the year draws to a close, it is my pleasure to bring you our second shareholder newsletter for 2011.

A busy quarter, this edition examines how our acquisition of a new titanium-vanadium-iron project at Memba, as well as significant drill results at our Mount Muambe Project are driving new exploration projects in Mozambique. I also provide an update on Globe�s activities in the local communities surrounding our Projects, as well as an overview of our involvement in a number of recent industry events.

With the festive season on our doorstep, I trust you have a well-deserved break ahead of you. On behalf of Globe�s Board and Management team, I take this opportunity to wish you and your family a safe and happy Christmas.
