         RJK Announces First Closing of Private Placement

May 01, 2015 (Kirkland lake, Ontario): RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSX Venture: RJX.A) (the ?Company?) announces that it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 3,433,333 Class A Subordinate voting shares at a price of $0.01 per share pursuant to a discretionary waiver of the $0.05 minimum pricing requirement granted by the TSX Venture Exchange, for total proceeds of $34,333.33. The Company intends to complete a second tranche closing on May 19, 2015.

The Company paid a cash finders fee of $160.00 in connection with this private placement.

Proceeds from the sale of shares will be used for general working capital.

The securities issued under the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring on September 01, 2015.
