ATLANTA - July 29, 2015 - On July 28, 2015, the Board of Directors of AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: GAS) declared a quarterly dividend rate of $0.51 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2015. This marks the 271st consecutive quarterly dividend the company has paid since 1948.
