Reminder about TIO takeover and timetable
Flinders Mines Limited (ASX: FMS) ("Flinders") reminds shareholders that the offer period for TIO (NZ) Limited's takeover bid will close at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 31 August 2016. TIO has announced it will not be extended further.
The Flinders directors unanimously recommend that shareholders accept the offer.
