	Regal Secures $1,5 Million Convertible Note to Support New Exploration Regal Resources Limited (ASX:RER) (�Regal� or �the Company�) is pleased to advise that it has entered into a A$1.5 million, convertible loan financing agreement, (�Loan Agreement�) with mining private equity group, Tembo Capital (�Tembo� or �the Lender�), who are an existing shareholder in the Company. It is intended that the funds provided by the Loan Agreement will be used, among other things, for commencement of exploration work on permits that form part of the JV agreement with Ivanhoe Mines, (ASX release: 22 April 2015), metallurgical test work needed to support the Kalongwe Definitive Feasibility Study (�DFS�), and for working capital purposes.
