Today we announced that our long time CFO Cheryl Messier is leaving our VMS family in pursuit of other opportunities. Cheryl has been with us 7 years and her hard work and diligence ensured we were always compliant and timely in our financial and regulatory filings. We wish Cheryl the best of luck in her next venture and thank you for her many years of service to our company. Cheryl will be staying on for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition of the position and its many facets.

Taking over as Chief Financial Officer of VMS Ventures Inc., is Mr. Shaun Heinrichs. As mentioned in today�s release, Mr. Heinrichs brings over 17 years of experience in both the financial and operational side of the business. Shaun is very familiar with mining operations and their accounting as well as the regulatory processes public companies work within. As Shaun�s quote in the release suggests, he is excited about the Company and its prospects for future growth. We welcome Shaun to VMS and look forward to working with him build our enterprise.

SHAUN HEINRICHS APPOINTED CFO OF VMS VENTURES INC.

Vancouver, BC, November 30, 2015 � VMS Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: VMS) (�VMS Ventures� or the �Company�) is pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Heinrichs as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective December 1^st, 2015.

Mr. Shaun Heinrichs is joining the Company with over seventeen years of financial accounting experience primarily in the mining industry. His career began with seven years of public practice experience with Ernst Young in Vancouver where he provided assurance and advisory services to several U.S and Canadian public companies. He subsequently held senior management roles in several public companies including serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Veris Gold Corp ., a pre cious metals producer listed in Canada and the US, from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Heinrichs holds a business degree from Simon Fraser University and is both a Chartered Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.

Mr. Heinrichs states, �I am pleased to be joining VMS Ventures at this exciting time and to be a part of the Company�s next chapter. I believe VMS is well positioned in today�s market for future growth under its strong leadership.�

Cheryl Messier has acted as Controller and CFO for the Company for the last seven years, seeing the Company through a significant period of growth and transition, developing from a junior exploration company, to joint venture partner of a developing mine and co-owner of a producing mine. We wish to thank her for her many years of hard work and the contributions she has made to VMS during her time with the Company. Ms. Messier is leaving to pursu e other opportunities; however she will remain on as a consultant to VMS to assist Mr. Heinrichs during the transition period.
