No Mandatory Mental Health Screening for Children!

Ron Paul is exactly right here. The Government has no right to order any kind of mandatroy health care or payment.

Unfortunately Ron Paul only believes that on a Federal level. In a recent debate he said that, as President, he would not interfer with an individual state doing such -- given the 10th Amendment. In that debate Michele Bachmann retorted correctly that coercion was coercion no matter on what level of governement it was initiated. Paul's stance on state's rights leaves the door open to all manner of abuse.

This is a major flaw in Paul's reasoning. If he has any further success in the nomination race that reasoning will come under closer scrutiny.
