This is utter foolish, to sell the property to current tenant. With this type of rules for property market, the lease and rental system would definitely go down. The duration of 60 days is very less. By this rule, no new industry would try sign any new lease agreement. Most of the companies would prefer buying or renting a place, than taking it out on a lease.
