I find this article OBJECTIONABLE.

Swiss banks have a history of HIDING the illegally obtained money of CRIMINALS. They have been doing this for decades under the guise of 'business'. Whilst average citizens in all countries pay their taxes the big boys cheat and move their money to places where their governments cannot find it, and then often cry bankruptcy. Switzerland is at the top of this deck.

The Swiss banking system implies that it is protecting the legitimate money of law abiding citizens. This is the implication of the article but this is but a small part of the function of the Swiss banking system. As a rule of thumb it is more about aiding and abetting criminals in their game of deceit. I for one will be happy to see this can of worms opened so that the protection of criminals ends.
