USA is the bully of the world. While blaming Putin for the agression, Obama does the REAL agression, using all the tools at his disposal, diplomatic and financial.

I don't think we will see a change in the reserve currency of the world. Before that occurs, USA will launch a full attack with it's main asset: the army.
