When Bunnypants Bush effed-up the federal response to Hurricane Katrina he established a precedent: American victims of natural disasters should not expect too much help from the federal government in their attempts to get their lives back together. Creepy Ted Cruz is admirably continuing that policy. Cruz like Bunnypants has apparently never heard of the word, 'refugee'; yet now he has a whole bunch of them on his hands. Maybe he should.ask Sheriff Joe Arpaio for advice - he knows how to put people in tents and sling bologna sandwiches at them.
