Another avenue of reform would be to allow several states such as Ill, NY, Texas, Colorado to break up into new states and/or form new states with parts of other states that share political/economic/societal interests. We all know that is a pipe dream. There is no reform, just further central control of all human activities and punishment of all whom resist. That is Amerika. If the USSR could disband...mostly peaceably, what is very very wrong about this festering tyranny?
