Kunstler hits the mark again. He forgot to mention male endeavors and energies conspicuously absent when the cowards in congress drop bombs on some hapless nation filled with the poverty stricken and very hungry. Hmmm, how many of these 'freedom loving' congress persons are veterans of ANY of the wars they so enthusiastically endorse or simply veterans of military service? Check out the leadership of both parties and they are filled with military service avoiders. Check out the pundits and 'wise men' whose 'counsel' is relied upon by the likes of Bush, Cheney, Obama and those festering in the seats of congress and who eagerly stand on the sidelines wishing our sons and daughters good luck as they push them out the door and off to the fields of fire to fight the heathen and then turn around with their hands out to receive payment from those making the weapons. Nah, don't expect too much to happen to the crooks and liars who've looted our economy, wealth and futures. They're too busy waving the flag and filling their personal accounts to be bothered by things like integrity, honesty and responsibility. I'd say it's way past time for us to reclaim not only the almost forgotten fundamentals of workable capitalism; but also the methods most desperate situations and people need to throw the bums out.
