This is absolute hogwash. For example, the law distinguishes between negligent and intentional conduct. Has the author even conceived of the concept of an ACCIDENT? Given the mushy headed gibberish spouted here, the author would seem to conclude that computer failure caused by a clumsy reach for a pop splashing onto the keyboard is 'purposeful action'. D'oh!
